 1. Payment Options
We accept all major Credit cards – Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express. All charges are in US dollars and appear as Hair Beauty Supply LLC. Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card. For the cardholder's protection and fraud prevention, we reserves the right to cancel orders or send orders just to the billing address if a different shipping address cannot be verified.
For your convenience, we also accept Cashier's Checks and Money Orders. No personal checks please.
Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. In this case, we will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.
We use a secure server for your privacy and security. Online payment using the above mentioned credit cards can be made in the following way:
1) When you are ready to check out, you will be taken to a secure page and section of this site.

Our site uses PayPal as the payment processing gateway to ensure your shopping experience is safe and secure. This makes it far harder for anyone to 'eavesdrop' your details if you are using a wireless network or shared connection. Our site is also actively monitored 24/7 to make sure that we are always open, safe and ready for shopping.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 1. Same Day Shipping
All our products listed are available in stock in our New Rochelle, NY based warehouse. No back ordering, No drop shipping! So once your order is placed, the item can be shipped out within minutes, depending on the time of your order being placed and the United States Post Office (USPS) or UPS collection times. 
 
Orders placed (payments received) before 4:30pm EST Monday through Friday, or before 1pm EST Saturday, will be shipped out on the same day, and will usually arrive at your door steps within 3-5 business days with USPS First Class Mail (Domestic), or in 2 -3 business days with USPS Priority Mail (Domestic), or within 2 business days with UPS 2nd Day Air(Domestic). (Remote/rural areas and Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take longer, with 1-2 more business days).
Orders placed after 1pm EST Saturday, or on Sunday, or during national holidays, will be shipped out on the following first USPS business days as soon as possible.
You may also choose the Next Day/Overnight option, guaranteed to deliver to you within 24 hours in most areas within the 48 contiguous states. (Couriers like USPS charge an additional fee of $12 or more for Sunday & Holiday delivery to most zip codes. If you really need this service, please visit https://ribbs.usps.gov/index.cfm?page=expressmaildel to check whether you zip code is available for it and contact us before placing an order. We'll accommodate it as much as we can.)
2. Free Shipping & Delivery Times
For customers located in the United States (domestic), the USPS First Class Package delivery is completely FREE.

For customers located in Canada, we only charge a flat fee of $9.99, usually your order is delivered to you within 1-2 weeks. For customers in Europe, Australia, New Zealand or other countries/regions, we charge a flat fee of $19.99, usually your order is delivered to you within 7-15 business days. 
 
For all customers who want expedient delivery, we offer THREE options - the USPS Priority, UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day/Overnight (UPS or USPS) , and we charge flat rates as well.

Notes:
In the event of a USPS or UPS delivery issue, we'll do as much as we can to work with USPS to resolve the issue. However, 
Domestic customers must contact us within one month from when you placed your order. Domestic delivery issues raised after the 30- day period will be considered as out of policy and left to our discretion whether to handle it or not. 
We cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. We will not refund extra shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times, please choose Express Options at your own discretion.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to weekends, holidays, natural disasters, and any other unexpected or uncontrollable carrier delays. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
All of our shipments include tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking states the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please first contact USPS in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where the tracking states that the package has been delivered to your shipping address.
A request for return for refund or for a replacement shipment is not accepted until the order exhausts its USPS expected delivery time frame, or exhausts three business days after USPS starts an investigation. After such a request is honored and processed, but you still receive the ordered item, you are obligated to return it back to us.
3. International and Canadian Orders:
On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take about 4 weeks. We cannot control or guarantee that your package will or will not be subject to customs inspection (causing delays), or be charged any customs taxes or duties when it reaches its destination country. Even if there are charges of this kind, it's the responsibility of the recipient of the package. This applies only to international and Canadian Orders.
 4. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an e-mail for confirmation. When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive another e-mail that includes your tracking number and a link to check the journey of your hair extensions.

Important Note: If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the USPS directly prior to contacting us.
  1. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that you enter your address correctly. Please Double Check the address you are entering as we will NOT be responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is to wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Your satisfaction is our satisfaction. We are so confident of the product quality that we allow customers to inspect and match the hair with you before you decide to keep it or not within 30 days of delivery. As long as you strictly follow our instructions below and keep your item eligible for the return, the return procedure is easy and simple, and there is NO restocking fee charged for returned items.
(**LOCAL PICKUP/EXCHANGE SERVICE AVAILABLE**
We are located in the Downtown New Rochelle (close to the Train Station), a city just north of NYC. Nearby customers are welcome to visit us to pick up or exchange for your order after contacting us in case you need to catch an event in a hurry, or as we understand that occasionally it may not be easy to find the right color extensions just based on pictures and computer screens.)
Once you receive your ordered item, please first check the following to make sure you receive the item that is exactly ordered.
 1. Examine the packaging labels & Touch inside hairpieces to inspect hair quality and color
  • Review your invoice page and package labels to confirm color match, length, style and set before touching the inside hairpieces
  • Read the note regarding the return eligibility at the bottom of your invoice paper
Please:
  • Do Not open the two golden (or the silver) Security Ties holding the extensions together;
  • Do Not remove the hair extension set from the long supporting cardboard to which hair extensions are attached;
  • Do Not spot, alter, spray or liquid anything on the extensions and packaging materials in any way;
  • Do Not cause any odor on the extensions and packaging materials except its brand new smell.
However, You May Do:
You may gently take the supporting cardboard with the hair extensions out of the opening of the plastic bag and take off the net. This will allow you to gently touch the hair (texture and thickness) and match the color against your own hair before a mirror, which should be enough for you to determine if this set is the right choice.
If you find the set is not the right choice at this step, please gently put on the net and push the cardboard with the extensions slowly into the bottom opening of the bag and then throughout its body. Then shake a little bit to make sure everything is back to original packaging conditions, then seal the plastic bag. Then contact us promptly for return or exchange.
Please note: A) NOT carefully following the above instructions may result in the ineligibility of a return.B) Due to health and hygiene, non-defective extensions are eligible to be accepted only if they 1) are NOT opened, used, worn, perfumed or tempered with, or, removed from its two golden (or the silver) security ties and from the long supporting cardboard; and 2) are in original packaging and resellable condition; C) Defective products (though very rarely) are returnable if they are kept as close to their original conditions as possible, regardless of whether they are opened or not. However, a return is not acceptable if a customer has opened and used a properly-working set but still tries to return it by purportedly or falsely claiming it's "defective", "damaged", "fake" or "not working properly", etc.
2. Return for Exchange Procedure
         1) Please contact us by email as soon as you make your decision within the 30 calendar days of our delivery.
         2) In order to keep the extensions in its original conditions as much as possible, please gently repackage all the items as received from us into a envelope or box that is large enough to hold everything inside properly. You may attach a sample of your own hair or at least one or two true color photos of your hair (taken in outdoor natural light without flash), letting us find the better match for you.
         3) You are responsible for the return shipping costs and we suggest you have a tracking number. (For international orders, please write down or indicate on the parcel “Return, No Duties”).
         4) Upon receipt of your returned package, we will notify you via email within 24 hours and inspect it as soon as possible. If the merchandise is kept meeting the return policy, we'll process (if any price difference involved) an exchanged item and ship it out upon your instructions.
However, if the returned merchandise is not in compliance with our return policy, the refund will not be issued, nor can we ship it back to you without your payment for the reshipping back costs.
Please note: we also offer the Expedient Return for Exchange option. The procedure is the same as above, except that you place a new order first to allow us to ship to you immediately, then go through the procedure below for the return for refund.
3. Return For Refund Procedure
          1) Please contact us by email as soon as you make your decision within the 30 calendar days from our delivery.
          2) In order to keep the extensions in its original conditions as much as possible, please gently repackage all the items as received from us into a envelope or box that is large enough to hold everything inside properly. 
          3) You are responsible for the return shipping costs and we recommend you to mail it back with a tracking number. (For international orders, please write down or indicate on the parcel “Return, No Duties”).
          4) Upon receipt of your returned package, we will notify you via email within 24 hours and inspect it as soon as possible. If the merchandise is kept meeting the return policy, a refund (the total payment from you less the actual shipping expenses incurred to us) will be credited back to your original credit card. (For a first class package, the USPS shipping cost by us - postage & insurance - is about $4 to $5 in total; for a USPS priority 2/3-day package, the cost is $6.5 to $8.8 in total, depending on your domestic shipping destination and whether a signature tracking is used). 
However, if the merchandise is not in compliance with our return policy, a refund will not be issued, nor can we ship the merchandise back to you without your payment for the reshipping costs.
In the event an item is damaged, defective or not working properly when you receive it, it's returnable even if it has been opened. Upon receipt of your return and after our inspection, a refund (the total payment from you less the actual shipping expenses incurred to us) will be back to your original credit card.

 COLOR MATCH SERVICES

Typically just looking at our website is good enough to find a color match as we do our best to take product photos in natural and sunny lights to reflect true colors. Also, our return policy allows you to return it for an exchange if there is a mistake made. However, we also provide the following two ways for you to find perfect match.
  1. Email us 2-3 true color photos or Mail us your real hair sample
If you email us photos, please make sure that photos of your hair can cover from the top part to bottom and are taken in outdoor natural lights without flash. Please keep in mind that human hair color tends to be different in pictures along with its background colors, lights, and even photo-taking distances. So the more pictures in natural lights, the easier to tell your real hair color by us. Then we'll match the color for you.
  1. Get a Free Color Ring Loan
    1) Add a color ring to your shopping cart, and pay it just as you would for a regular purchase.
    2) After receiving the color ring, please compare the color swatch of the color ring to your own hair to get the best possible match.
    3) Mail the color ring back to us within 10 days. We'll issue refund for it if it's proprly kept in original conditions upon receipt of it. (We won't charge any restocking fee for return. But we may deduct the initial shipping expense incurred to us - usually $3 for domestic destinations - if you choose the free shipping option).
We treat the return of the color ring and the order of a full set of hair extensions as two separate transactions. If you decide to buy our extensions, you may immediately order a full set of extensions on our website so that you can receive it sooner, even before you return the color ring; or you may wait to order a full set after you receive the refund for the color ring. So this method does not cost any more than the regular way of purchasing extensions. It just takes a little more time and patience.
We don’t encourage you to keep the color ring regardless of placing an order for hair extensions because the color ring is only for helping you decide your color choice.

PRIVACY

 This store does collect demographic data and personal data to provide you a better internet experience.
  1. Your personal details will remain private and confidential. We will never sell, rent, barter or share your personal details in any way with any other company. All data collected is for our internal use only.
  2. We may from time to time, send you pertinent information on special offers, giveaways or special discounts should you choose to subscribe to it. In any case, you will receive no more than one (1) of such e-mail every week.
  3. This site does use cookies. However, we do not keep any of your personal details on cookies. We simply store your Customer ID (just a number) in cookie format. This Customer ID does not correlate to any of your personal information. We also store your first name on cookie format to personalise this website. This cookie is only present if you have not registered as a member of our site. If you are a member, then the only cookie that we use is the Customer ID cookie.
  4. We may from time to time post up surveys to measure your response to certain new additions to the website. As a rule, you are never forced to fill in these surveys. Furthermore, should you choose to fill in the surveys, you can choose to remain anonymous.
  5. TressMatch.com may from time to time run sweepstakes on our website. Any information entered through these sweepstakes also complies with this privacy policy. We will never ever share your personal details with another company.
